Walk-In Visits

  • $25 per day (2 Adults, 2 Children)

  • Access to all amenities

  • Additional Guests: $8 per day (plus $3 overnight)

Basic Sites (Tent)

  • $25 per day (Tent. Single person. No water and electric)

  • $30 per day (Tent, 2 adults, 2 children No water & electric)

  • $35 per day (Tent, 2 adfults 2 children with Water / electric)

  • Overnight stay

  • Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults, 2 Children (14 and under)

Extended Stay:

  • Guests wishing to stay overnight must upgrade to at least a “Basic Site” package (initial payment counted toward upgrade)

Extended Stay:

  • $350 per month (tent) no water and electric

  • $500 per month (tent) with water and electric

Standard Site

  • $40 per day

  • Sites with 50 amp service, additional $5 per day (limited availability)

  • Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults, 2 Children (17 and under)

Seasonal Sites

  • Tents: $1,100 per season

  • Campers/RVs: $1,600 per season

  • Metered Electric

  • Guests may request on-site septic, additional $100 (limited availability)

Extended Stay: (RV)

  • $600 per month

  • Metered Electric

Poolside Rooms: $70.00 per night

NOTE: ANY camper that has not paid for winter storage after closing day will be charged daily fees until removed.

CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellations MUST be made 72 hours before check in

Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled daily rate for rooms and csmpsites (for up to 2 nights maximum)

 

Additional Services

  • Septic Dumping: $35

    • Honey wagon brought to site (By appointment only)

    • Blueboy (self-serve): $15

  • Winter Storage*: $175

    • Guests and non-guests may have campers stored on site during the winter season

    • Units must be removed by May 1st or daily fees will apply

      *Management not responsible for loss or damage while in storage

  • Winterization Service available upon request (you must supply RV antifreeze)

  • We are a carry in-carry out facility. There is no dumpster on the grounds. We do not accept refuse.

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES!

  • Cancellations: Must be made within 72 hours of check-in or $30 will apply; ($50 on holiday weekends)

  • The entrance road is not difficult to drive on. 40 foot buses have done it regularly. One unhappy customer with a 16 foot trailer and challenged driving ability thought it was too difficult and gave it bad press. Do not believe him!
